CHALLENGE:
Club Med Artists has been developped to centralize all data regarding Club Med artists who perform in their hotels and resorts everydays.
The website allow Club Med to register, review and book all the artists wiling to perform in their hotels and resorts. It also collect the feedback from the artists and Club Med executive about the performance and rate all the aspect of the performance.
DISCOVERY:
Daixtech developped a custom designed interface to fit excatly to all Club Med needs.
RESULTS:
ClubMedArtists.com is a success. Very well accepted and understood by te artists, it is also a powerfull tool to streamline the artists screening and booking process, and a brand new tools to evaluate the performance of artists and improve the quality of Club Med Artists.
