CHALLENGE:
Columbia Management is a small property management business. Based in South Beach Miami (Florida), they manage more than 15 buildings. Columbia Management needed a website with user friendly administration tools in order to create, update and delete the list of property they manage.
DISCOVERY:
We designed website templates that are easy to understand and also flexible enough to allow new pages creation without the web designer intervention. Thus avoiding any additional costs when a new property need to be listed on the website. Contingency plan: ColumbiaManagement.us use our customized ’open source’ content management system (CMS) to guarantee the perenity of the website in case anything happens to the original developper.
RESULTS:
The website is easy to browse, and is updated on amonthly basis by Colombia management. No additional web design cost incured since its laucnh in may 2002.
