CHALLENGE:
EMC Technology is offering a wide range of electronic parts (microwave passive components). EMC product catalog is divided in more than 20 categories and offers over 6000 parts. EMC Technology needed to redesign their website to offer a new look and fill. EMC wanted to show online their catalog of 6000 parts and be able to update this database using a simple excel file import.
DISCOVERY:
We developped advanced back end tools allowing EMC to manage easily their online catalog of over 6000 parts. EMC website provides visitors with a detailled online catalog: each part number is detailled in its own webpage. And all parts are organized in section and subsection according to the company product tree. Sections can be browser via summary pages or detailled tables showing all parts numbers and specificaitons. Section can also be browsed using smart search to minimize the number of click to reach a product detail page.
RESULTS:
EMC website is now generating several leads everyday. EMC team keep their online catalog and corporate website, featuring over 6000 webpages, updated easily thanks to our advanced back end tools.
