CHALLENGE:
Global Lending wanted not only to offer information about mortages but also streamline their work process by sending their customer to a special loan application form FNMAE 1003 that would interfac with their loan orgination software ’Genesis 2000"
DISCOVERY:
Daixtech developped a script to import directly all the customer information from the online application (1003) to their loan origination software (Genesis 2000). The import porcess is made possible thank to the generic FNMAE 3.0 Residential Loan Data Format. Most loan origination software can import this file format.
RESULTS:
Global Lending is now in the process of intregrating this new technology in their day to day workflow
